The elevator industry has opened up enormously over the past 3 to 5 years resulting in New Zealand no longer being dominated by the overseas corporate lift market.
D&M have taken the opportunity to secure agencies for the supply of elevator equipment from Europe, America, Asia and the manufacture and installation of our own domestic lift. We have been accredited with the Brilliant Elevator Company and Electra Victoria elevator agency. Brilliant Elevators has the largest manufacturing facility in the world and ability to manufacture 50,000 units per year. Their product is installed in over 140 countries and known worldwide and is currently installed in Heathrow Airport, Frankfurt Airport and many buildings in Dubai, Singapore and Australia. 1 in every 10 elevators sold in Europe is an Orona which is part of the Electra Victoria brand.
Normal delivery times for lifts can be up to 6 months, but for D&M Solutions, in most circumstances offer delivery to site within 100 days or less.
Our aim is to offer an individual solution for all building elevator and escalator requirements, from small residential units to high or low rise office, retail or apartment buildings. Once installed, we offer a very similar plan for the ongoing maintenance of the equipment, where we look at the individual needs and requirements and prepare a maintenance schedule to suit.

Modernisation and Repairs
The repair or modernisation of a lift is an area that we can offer a whole range of solutions, from simple cosmetic lift car upgrades to control, drive machine and entrance door operation. We offer a wide range of call buttons, car stations and position display options including digital or LCD advertising or information screens. We can generally repair all makes and models.
Upgrading your lift can be painless if using the right electrical company, so us e us as we consult, design, supply and install the whole system.
Maintenance
Effective programmed maintenance is important for the performance and longevity of the equipment, especially with lifts and escalators because of the considerable amount of moving parts.
Minimal downtime is essential and spare parts need to be readily available. For this reason we have sourced suppliers of lift parts for all major lift companies’ equipment and compatible alternative solutions for retrofit situations.
We have different packages for maintenance from very basic to fully comprehensive, including building certifications.
